Flow Computer of the AuditFlow Flow Measurement System

In compliance with the latest international standards for fiscal flow measurement system, the AuditFlow Flow Measurement System fully meets the functionalities of an Electronic Measurement System. That is, in addition to performing flow correction calculations in real time, it has data security features, traceability, diagnostics and procedures in case of failure in compliance with such standards.

The HFC302 module, the flow computer of the AuditFlow Flow Measurement System, is fully configurable and designed with the most advanced hardware and software to monitor, correct and control liquid and gas flows.

  • Approval of Model for fiscal measurement of liquids and gases: Inmetro;
  • Measurement of liquid and gas in the same flow computer;
  • Reduced uncertainty due to digital communication with transmitters via H1 FOUNDATION FieldbusTM;
  • Open standards: FOUNDATION FieldbusTM, OPC, HART®, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP/IP and Ethernet TCP/IP;
  • Temperature and pressure compensation calculations according to standards: ISO, AGA, API, GPA and ABNT;
  • Well test: complete test report including measurement of crude oil, produced gas (discounted for lift gas) and water;
  • HFCView - Reporting and Management Tool: automatic generation of XML reports according to ANP requirements, reports stored in database (SQL or Access);
  • Supported liquid flowmeter types: turbine, ultrasonic, coriolis, and positive displacement;
